Did you know there are alternative methods to initiate work orders?
Two weeks ago, we kicked off a series on alternative methods to initiate a work order. Previously, we discussed case management and call centers. If you missed it, check it out on the content page at www.tech-wheelhouse.com to learn more.
Today, we’re going to talk through method 3:
Non-Conformities
Non-Conformities allow for the documentation of issues with equipment that doesn't require immediate attention but should be addressed in the future.
Examples include:
Graffiti
Tear in a chair cushion
Leaky faucet
Key features include:
Checklists: To systematically assess and monitor the problem.
Document Attachments: Add relevant files or images for reference.
Updated Observations: Track any changes or developments in the issue.
Following a review of these observations, a Work Order may be created if necessary.

Stay tuned for next week’s post to learn about how to choose which WO methods to use.
