Are you using Material Lists to plan parts for your PMs?

A Material List (setup under Work > WO Planning) is a pre-defined list of parts that can be added to any work order activity. 

After it's added to the WO activity, all parts on the material list will automatically be planned to the WO and visible on the parts tab. This is especially helpful for PMs that consume the same parts on a regular interval. To set up a PM schedule with a material list, go to the "Activities" tab of the PM Schedule and associate the Material list to the applicable activity. 

When the PM WOs are released, the parts are planned and ready to be issued.
