Did you know the latest update brings major changes to closing codes?

Previously, you could only set them up for specific equipment classes, but now you can assign them by category and/or individual equipment.

By unchecking the 'Valid for all Equipment Classes' box in the record view of the code, the system will allow you to enter data on the Classes tab.

This lets you specify which class, category, or equipment the closing code should be available for.

Additionally, a new checkbox has been introduced in the record view that allows you to hide generic closing codes when class-specific closing codes are available in your setup.

One more update: You can now assign multiple grouping codes to each closing code. Be sure to check out this new feature if you’re already using closing codes or considering implementing them.
