  • Customer Surveys use Databridge Pro rather than Infor ION

  • Administrator configurable data included in outbound Maintenance Order BOD

• Users/Licensing

  • Maximum user count now enforced

    • If more users are enabled than licensed this will prevent users from logging

    • We can assist with reviewing current user license and active users in EAM

  • EAM Lite user license

    • Intended for users that perform a single function within EAM

    • Allows access to 3 admin defined screens (for the entire tenant) plus Workflow Approval. Equipment Overview 360, Organization Overview 360, and Start Center

• ALIx

  • Generative AI chatbot with significant understanding of EAM and its features

  • Does not have access to customer's data

    • Currently only able to answer questions related to EAM and its features and configuration

• Closing Codes

  • Add ability to hide generic codes

  • Support multiple groups per closing code

• ESRI

  • 10.9.1, 11.2, & 11.3 are supported
