List View Reports

We love to push the envelope here at Tech Wheelhouse, and our latest report functionality could be a game-changer!

 

Those who are familiar with the List View on screens such as Work Orders and Assets will recall that when you right-click on a row, a context menu appears with a single option: Update Field.

 

What if we told you that we have the ability to add more options to that context menu? Specifically, we are able to use Extensible Framework to add a variety of reports which run based on the row(s) that you have selected on List View.

 

Gone are the days of being limited to a single report per screen!

Why Use List View Reports? 

  • Leverage the flexible dataspy capabilities of List View: Filter your data using the robust filtering options that List View offers over standard report parameters.

  • Quick visibility of tab data: Viewing tab data such as Activities, Booked Labor, Scheduled Labor, Part Transactions, etc. from List View has never been easier! Just select the record that you want to view data for, right-click, and select the corresponding report.

  • Centralize key reports per screen: Reduce menu clutter while also minimizing the need to navigate to different screens for different reports. List View Reports offer a convenient way to access various reports from a single screen.
