New Formatting Options for Email Messages within EAM

Did you know about the new formatting options for email messages within EAM?

For versions 12.1 and higher, there is a new install parameter HTMLMAIL that allows for email text formatting.

Options include:

• Changing text size

• Highlighting text & setting text color

• Bold, Italics, and Underlining

• Left, right, and center justification

• Adding a hyperlink to text

To set a hyperlink, highlight the word(s) on which you want to add the link. Then click the hyperlink button, and add the link demonstrated below.

You can also create hyperlinks that open the user's default email client with a pre-filled 'To' address. For added customization, you can include a subject line and other email details using HTML!
