Right-Click to Create WO

Did you know you can create a WO straight from the Asset screen (or other equipment screens)?

If you need to create a corrective work order on the fly, right-click on the Asset record. A pop-up window will appear for you to fill out WO information.

After you click "Submit," you'll be able to see your work order on the Work Order screen.

If you don't see "Create WO" in your right-click menu, go into screen designer. In a section towards the bottom, you'll find all the buttons. Selecting "Show Button" will make the button visible and clickable on the screen, "Hide Button" makes the action available through right-click, and "Not Available" removes the action altogether. By default, "Create WO" should be "hidden."
